Key Responsibilities
- Perform intermediate level diagnosis and repairs to broken equipment in the following areas; Electrical Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulics and HVAC
- Maintain the physical structure of all buildings including repair and replacement of electrical fixtures and maintenance of electrical circuits
- Assists in set up of electrical requirements for new processes and equipment
- Change A/C filters and perform basic to intermediate level preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Repair broken water lines, and installing new plumbing needs
- Other duties as assigned
- Clean driving record, elgibility to drive company vehicle
- Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude
- Ability to interact with coworkers and vendors in a positive and productive fashion
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years' experience in facilities/manufacturing plant maintenance
- Strong electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic repair skills
- Ability to calculate figures and measurements using basic math skills
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Must be able to work some overtime with at least 48-hour notice when possible
- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical (REQUIRED)
- Electrical experience with PLC's and control system troubleshooting (PREFERRED)
- Experience repairing any of the following types of equipment (REQUIRED)
- Air compressors
- Boilers
- Chillers
- Generators
- Laser cutters
- Vacuum pumps
- Brake/punch press
- Injection mold machines
