Order Fulfillment Specialist

HOURS: Full-time - Temporary
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an Order Fulfillment role. This position requires a strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, outstanding data entry and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, punctuality, and the flexibility to occasionally work overtime are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Process order requests for product via e-fax, email, phone or EDI.
- Determine shipping warehouse based on delivery address.
- Communicate with customers, sales teams, and other departments to clarify order specifications or resolve discrepancies.
- Process credit cards for orders on pre-pay customer accounts.
- Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping.
- Add or update e-mail addresses for order acknowledgements on every order.
- Update customer account notes with specific order/shipping instructions.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all orders and related communications.
- Respond to internal and external order inquiries and status requests via email or phone.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Experience with order fulfilment OR data entry required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel

- Experience with ERP software is a plus
- Experience in using office equipment
