  • Leads: You’ll immediately get a pool of leads to call and serve in the local area in addition to helping clients already in your sphere or book of business.

  • Support: You’ll get training from the team leads as well as support from our trained admins and marketing assistant to handle all the details for showings, appointments, escrow paperwork and all the listing marketing from top to bottom.

We will have immediate business for you to handle on day #1! Our agents earn competitive commissions with our tiered structure, along with the benefit of being an eXp Teams Member so your annual brokerage commission split is capped at only $8,000.That means, whether you sell $100,000 or $1,000,000 of gross commission, you will not pay eXp Realty more than $8,000 per year!This alone will save you thousands compared to any other brokerage!When you reach the next tier in your gross commission income, your split gets bumped up so top producers are rewarded handsomely.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.

  • This is a commission-based role with fantastic upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $90,000 - $150,000.
  • An Agent is expected to complete these 6 key elements of a deal to receive the full commission.
  • Ask for a buyer/seller consultation.
  • Conduct buyer/seller consultation.
  • Ask the lead for their exclusive business or sign agreement.
  • Advise the client more than 90% of the time (team leader may help from time to time).
  • Prepare the CMA/negotiate the price/terms to the client's benefit.
  • Review/advise/negotiate inspection items to save client as much time money as possible
Compensation:

$90,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly set 1 (new) consultation per week, write 2 offers per month and lose 1 transaction per month
  • Call new online leads within 30 seconds and follow up with text/email immediately.
  • Respond to client inquiries a soon as possible (preferably within five minutes), even if it’s to let them know you will respond later, preferably within the same day.
  • Follow up hourly w/ new leads, daily w/ hot leads, weekly w/ hot clients, every 2-4 weeks w/nurture leads/clients assigned to Agent, and keep detailed notes in CRM system after ALL communication.
  • Proactively set appointments for consultation and convert leads into clients through skillful persuasion and excellent delivery of the team’s value proposition.
  • Proactively schedule and tour properties with assigned leads/clients every single week except those weeks which an Agent has scheduled ahead of time to rest or travel with family and has coordinated coverage with team members in their absence.
  • Analyze properties and the market in great detail to create excellent CMAs that truly help the client understand the value of the property.
  • Master the art of negotiation to get the BEST terms for your client, create the greatest chance to win the deal without leaving money on the table or exposing your clients to harm, simultaneously earning and keeping the trust of the other agents with whom you are negotiating.
  • Proactively guide clients through the many moving pieces of the escrow period and hold their hands while explaining all documentation to them in great detail and with deep understanding of the content as a subject matter expert.
  • Attend all inspections, estimates & appointments necessary during the escrow period.
  • Research and purchase a closing gift (undr 1% of GCI, paid by the team) that shows you listened closely to the client that will create a “wow” moment for them along with a handwritten card to bring to the keys exchange.
  • Preview or show a minimum of 3 properties pr week to have a pulse on the market.
  • Continually research, practice, and track the efficacy of the best scripts and practices to maximize lead conversion into clients, clients into closings, and closings into raving 5 star reviews and referrals. Participate in client appreciation and marketing events. Other tasks/responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and check-in meetings with Marcus or Helen
Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

  • Great communication and social skills
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
