ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW :
Team IMPACT is a national nonprofit that promotes healthy social and emotional development for children living with serious and chronic illnesses, by matching them with college athletic teams. The team provides an extended support network for the children and families using a strengths-based, future-focused perspective. This two-year therapeutic mentoring program provides children with a true sense of belonging and focuses on building confidence and resilience while encouraging healthy behaviors.
To date, Team IMPACT has matched over 3,500 kids on over 750 campuses nationally, and 75,000 student athletes have participated in the program. Founded in Boston, MA in 2011, Team IMPACT has regional offices in Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Dallas.
POSITION SUMMARY
Team IMPACT is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and entrepreneurial Regional Executive Director (RED) to drive continued growth and impact across the Northeast region. The RED, a member of Team IMPACT’s Leadership Group, will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue and programmatic goals, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and advancing the organization's mission to create life-changing opportunities for children and families. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Regional Executive Director will manage and grow the donor base in New York and Boston among other areas across the Northeast, expand the organization’s funding base, and serve as a critical representative of Team IMPACT within the philanthropic, medical, athletic, and corporate communities. The salary range for this position is $155K - $175K annually.
The RED will oversee regional strategy and execution while benefiting from collaboration with a strong peer network of Regional Executive Directors, regional and national staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Fundraising and Revenue Growth :
- Drive ambitious regional fundraising goals through a successful major gifts' strategy, corporate partnerships, signature events, and donor stewardship.
- Build and grow major gifts, individual giving, and corporate partnerships.
- In conjunction with the Program team support third-party fundraising efforts on college and university campuses, marathons, young professionals' events, etc.
