As part of the management team, you will play a key role in coordinating projects, managing a talented team, and driving the success of our A/V department.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all project activities, from planning to monitoring
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and milestones
- Oversee daily team activities, addressing issues as they arise
- Secure relationships with builders and ensure timely responses to estimates
- Drive customer service to achieve complete satisfaction and conduct post-project reviews for feedback
- Track project expenses and prepare accurate billing, including timely invoices and change orders
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Assess and develop programs to enhance the skill level of employees to meet customer demands
- Maintain comprehensive project records and prepare progress reports for the Branch Manager
- Represent Wirecore at social events and trade organizations
- Work with our Customer Relations Specialist to coordinate Events in our Showroom
- 5 years in Audio/Video project management
- Extensive Knowledge of Audio/Video and Residential Data
- High school diploma required; technical degree or bachelor's preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (D-tools preferred but not required) and safety regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed in various work environments
- Capacity to talk, hear, taste, or smell as required for the job
- Occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds, with assistance available for heavier objects
- Adequate vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Exposure to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation, depending on project locations
- Work in environments with moderate noise levels, such as construction sites
