Position Purpose:
The Foodservice Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with established customers while driving sales of foodservice products. This role focuses on achieving profitability goals through strategic account management, customer engagement, and consultative selling to meet clients' needs and enhance their business success.
Essential Functions
- Supports customers in identifying items to place orders.
- Works with other team members to maximize order drops.
- Presents products to customers, which could include preparation of products.
- Troubleshoots customer issues.
- Provides service in all aspects of the sales process.
- Works with Company Leadership on various projects and initiatives.
- Any additional task assigned by manager; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.
Required Experience / Skills:
- At least one year of prior broadliner foodservice sales experience is required.
- Self-driven, results oriented with a clear focus on building relationships with the client base and developing sales.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No responsibility for accounts receivable – allowing you to focus solely on sales and customer relationships.
Additional Information
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; Typically, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a requirement to flex schedule as needed.
- Company-Provided Vehicle & Fuel Card: Unlike many large corporations, we provide a company vehicle and fuel card, ensuring you have the tools you need to succeed without added personal expense.
- Physical Demands: The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Working Conditions: Expect daily travel throughout the assigned territory with occasional presence/work in our corporate office in Somerset, Kentucky
