Team Mortgage Company, LLC is Looking for a loan officer assistant to work in our office to assist with pre-approval prospects, building agent relationships and working with clients throughout the loan process.
Reports To: Office Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
Request, follow-up and obtain Verifications of employment from clients.
Request, follow-up and obtain title work from various sources.
Order home appraisals for client properties.
Prepares closing documents for clients.
Manage all incoming phone calls and transfer as needed.
Assist Loan Originator with getting Client docs and updating the borrower.
Build relationships with local Agents during the loan process.
Contact potential clients when needed.
Qualifications:
Professional demeaner with ability interact with clients and while on phones.
Customer oriented.
Computer skills; MS Office Suite; ability to perform searches for property taxes, research items for other Loan Officers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with little direction.
Regular and consistent attendance.
Previous administrative experience is preferred.
Must have reliable transportation and be available "on call" some nights and weekends
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
