Job Description:
Promote and educate SERVPROs services to insurance professionals, property manager, facilities personnel and other centers of influence (COIs). Grow and develop our customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. Use marketing materials like SERVPRO® Key Differentiators and Emergency Ready Plan to market SERVPRO® services and to educate others on the benefits of choosing SERVPRO®
Responsibilities:
- Build customer relationships and rapport by educating COIs on the reasons SERVPRO® is the best cleaning and restoration company in the world
- Enjoy helping people in their time of need
- Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
- Compile and maintain center of influence (COI) information and constantly update SERVPROs CRM data base daily.
- Monitor and follow up on job referrals ensuring the customer needs are met
- Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings (closing appointments) with COIs to encourage SERVPRO® referrals.
- Participate in professional associations, plan and conduct marketing events, lunch-and-learns. Exceed Expectations
Qualifications:
- 2 years Experience with business development and marketing within the service sector (Restoration experience a )
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- High Energy and a Self-Starter
- Strong process-and-results-driven attitude
- Working knowledge of Salesforce a but not required
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
