Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources Officer to lead our global HR strategy and operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive organizational culture, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives to align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, and innovation to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage HR budgets and optimize HR technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent).
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role.
- Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leadership and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a multi-site organization is a plus.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations in the area as needed.
