The Loan Officer Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our Loan Officers in managing loan applications, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Loan Officers to collect, review, and organize client documentation required for loan applications.
- Engage with external parties such as appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers to facilitate property evaluations and insurance coverage.
- Assist in coordinating with underwriters, processors, and other team members to expedite the processing of loans and facilitate timely closings.
