Compensation:$120,000 Commission Based
Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Commit regular time to actively nurture and expand your client base. Engage in proactive lead generation and consistent follow-ups to maximize your market presence and client relationships.
- Client Engagement: Follow up diligently with prospects through calls, emails, and texts to nurture leads and secure qualified appointments.
- Database Management: Manage client interactions within multiple CRM databases, ensuring all communications, tasks, follow-up actions, and lead flow are meticulously logged and updated. Responsible for handling hundreds of leads effectively, maintaining organized and timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
- Versatile Lead Interaction: Engage with leads from diverse sources including website registrations, social media, open house visitors, Team Pepka refferals and more. Adapt communication strategies to match the context of each lead source and effectively capture interest.
- Customer First Approach: Deliver exceptional customer service with a keen focus on client needs. Understand the unique situation of each lead to provide tailored value and build trust.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough needs analyses during buyer consultations and listing presentations, showcasing our team’s expertise and securing client commitments.
- Market Expertise: Ability to perform comparative market analysis and understand local real estate conditions.
- Transaction Management: Handle contracts and negotiations, ensuring seamless transactions from initial contact to close.
- Open Houses: Conduct at least one open house per month, showcasing properties and engaging with potential buyers.
- On-Call: Take on multiple on-call shifts weekly, where the team marketing/sales line will be routed directly to you. Your #1 priority is to answer the phone.
- Continuous Training: Embrace continuous learning to master new scripts and adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to deliver comprehensive real estate services.
- Active Real Estate License or currently obtaining one.
- Reside in the Sarasota/Bradenton/South St Petersburg/Southern Hillsborough County area.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property showings.
- Commitment to full-time hours, with flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
- A proactive mindset, ready to take initiative and manage client interactions with professionalism.
