Builder Relations Coordinator with Pest Control Services

Summary:
The job of the Builder Relations Coordinator is to provide daily support to new construction projects to ensure pest control services are installed, inspected, and closing information is provided in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
- Organize workflow of new construction pest control services based off closing schedules provided by multiple builders via emails, vendor portals and mass vendor provided spreadsheets
- Schedule installations and inspections within time restraints set by closing dates
- Work with builders to adjust scheduled termite bait install services when there are changes in closing dates
- Identify conflicts in scheduling and work with builders to resolve
- Preparing and sending closing documents on strict and at times tight deadlines
- Create invoicing when needed
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use in Microsoft Office programs with emphasis on Adobe and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills & organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Pest Pac knowledge is a plus
- Ability to pass a drug screen and 7-year background check
- Legally able to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to meet the physical demands of a typical office environment - sitting and/or standing for long periods of time as well as possible light lifting to 20lbs on occasions. Additionally, repetitive movement of hands for long periods of time.
