About the Role
As a Development Lead , you will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to drive the success of our software development team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you'll write scalable, high-quality code while mentoring developers, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
- Develop Solutions : Write, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable code to meet project requirements.
- Lead the Team : Mentor and guide developers, conduct code reviews, and facilitate technical design discussions.
- Collaborate : Partner with Product Managers, stakeholders, and other teams to align development with business goals.
- Innovate Processes : Identify opportunities to improve development workflows and team productivity.
- Deliver Results : Ensure timely and successful project completion, maintaining high coding standards and efficiency.

Compensation
Base salary starting at $120,000 annually.

Requirements : Requirements
5 years of software development experience.
2 years in a leadership or mentorship role within a development team.
Strong technical skills in full-stack development, system architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
