The Director of Marketing at Team Recovery is responsible for developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy to elevate Team Recovery's brand reputation and visibility, drive client acquisition, and foster community engagement through digital and traditional marketing channels. This role includes overseeing all marketing efforts, including graphic design, website management, digital marketing and advertising, social media campaigns, and other relevant initiatives. Collaborating closely with leadership, the Director of Marketing ensures that Team Recovery's mission and services are communicated effectively, driving brand awareness, stakeholder engagement, and long-term growth.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar field preferred.
Experience Preferred: 5 or more years in marketing leadership roles. Experience in healthcare, mental health, or addiction recovery preferred
Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic marketing plan.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in building relationships with community organizations and media outlets.
- Strong understanding of mental health and addiction treatment and regulatory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of operational planning, budgeting, resource management, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools to drive company improvement plans.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:
- Interview, hire, and train new employees.
- Provide leadership and management to reporting staff, including but not limited to performance reviews, accountability, and terminations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth.
- Coordinate staff meetings, training, and development initiatives.
- Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to include short-term and long-term goals that increase awareness and reputation of Team Recovery's brand and attract individuals seeking addiction and/or mental health recovery services.

Brand Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness, ensuring services and mission are widely recognized and consistent across digital and traditional channels.

Content Creation and Management:
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media content, brochures, and video content that communicates services, success stories, and the importance and hope of recovery.

Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, Google Ads, display ads) to increase online visibility and lead generation.

Website Design & Management:
- Direct the design, content updates, and user experience of Team Recovery's website to ensure it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for conversions.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze marketing efforts to evaluate their effectiveness and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends, monitor competitor activity, and continuously evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives using data analytics tools to refine strategies.
