Outpatient Client Services Supervisor
Full-time - First Shift
The Outpatient Client Services Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operational support of the
the Behavioral Health Technician staff and Receptionist for the outpatient program. This role involves managing, mentoring, and providing support to the technicians and receptionists who assist clients in their recovery process. The supervisor will ensure that all staff adhere to best practices, provide high-quality care to clients, and ensure the building is safe, clean, and supportive of the healing process.
The essential job functions / duties include, but are not limited to :
- Provide Staff Management
Supervise and provide leadership to the behavioral health technicians and receptionist, including performing duties of role as needed.
Monitor client census and oversee nutrition programs.
Manage inventory needs in the outpatient setting.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, nurses, and other care coordination staff, to provide holistic care and support to clients.
EDUCATION :
Required : High School Diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE :
Required : Minimum of 1 year of experience in Behavioral Health and SUD treatment.
Preferred : Minimum of 1 year experience in supervising teams.
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION :
Required : Valid CDCA
Preferred : , QMHS, and / or CPI Certification
Preferred : Valid First Aid / CPR, AED, BLS, or ALS Certification
