Opportunity Overview:

Responsibilities Include, but Are Not Limited to the Following:
Data Analysis and Translation:
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for data teams.
- Analyze complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with data teams to refine iterations and ensure high-quality results.
Partner Capability and Performance Projects:
- Model partner capacity and review partner capability scores.
- Evaluate the efficacy of various projects and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Conduct meetings with teams and stakeholders to align on project goals and requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and strategy.
- Design innovative approaches to meet project and organizational goals.
Qualifications/Experience:
Required:
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, business systems, or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a self-starter in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency with Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in marketing, financial data, and program performance analysis.
- Proven track record of designing and improving business processes.
- Ability to creatively identify and act on opportunities to enhance outcomes.
