The Rewards
The reward for taking on these added responsibilities is performance based. If the clinic reaches its targets for monthly bonus, you will receive twice the bonus of a full-time staff PT ($700).

As a 2IC you will have seven key responsibilities.
- You will continue the responsibilities outline in your offer letter for staff PT.
- Managing the technicians’ schedules (writing new schedules, covering time off, etc)
- Helping with mentorship and discipline of the technicians
- Ordering supplies and keeping the clinic well stocked.
- Helping ensure the clinic is up to date with Medicare compliance.
- Listening to complaints, handling concerns and incidents when your director is not in the clinic.
- Continuing to market yourself, your clinic, and team rehab in general.
