Job Summary:
As a Plumbing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities related to plumbing products and services. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, develop strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction within the plumbing sector. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, leadership skills, and deep knowledge of plumbing products and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives within the plumbing sector.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, plumbing contractors, and industry stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
