What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate position at Team SCG?
Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate, you will be essential in maintaining efficient pick/pack operations for our Programs department, ensuring that all tasks are completed with precision and adherence to company standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Receive and label new inventory.
- Organize and store merchandise in designated locations to support accurate inventory management and efficient shipping operations.
- Scan items, count stock, and report any stock shortages or orders that cannot be fulfilled.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Accurately pick, assemble, and package customer orders.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect products for defects or damages.
Additional Responsibilities:

Qualifications
- Ability to lift 45 lbs. – required.
- Production experience (heat transfer, laser engraver, sandblaster, etc.) is a plus.
Working Hours:
Team SCG’s warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM.
