What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Supervisor - Wendy's position at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants?

Breakfast Supervisor : 5 : 30am start
Day Shift / Lunch Supervisor
Closing Supervisor : Must be available until Midnight or later
Responsibilities :
Deliver fast, friendly guest service
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of menu
Use Point of Sale system (cash register)
Understand and adhere to proper food safety methods
Assist Managers with recruiting, hiring, orientation
Maintain staffing levels
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills
Mobility required during the entire shift (bending, twisting, ) along with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
1-3 years of experience in fast casual / guest service supervision
