Team Select Home Care is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Team Select family.
The Healthcare Recruiter is a sales orientated individual who is responsible for the external recruitment of clinical staff to fulfill open shifts and cases.
The Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Operations.
This is not a remote position, this is an in-office position located in Sunrise, FL
Summary of Recruiter Responsibilities
- Maintains rapport with candidates and employees and effectively promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships.
- Establish relationships by going on patient visits and having constant communication with nurses and families.
- Properly documents recruiting actions and process steps in application tracking system.
- Recruiting consistently to establish a pipeline of candidates with constant communication.
- Reaching and exceeding monthly hiring goals.
- Uses all resources to communicate with candidates via Phone, Text, Email, and Voicemail.
- Facilitates and guides candidates through the completion of new hire paperwork with Human Resources / People Services.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize all tasks given.
- Demonstrates an ability to identify and solve problems with initiative and good judgment to reach quality decisions.
- Maintains confidentiality of all employees, patient/client and company issues.
- A team environment. You work with your fellow branch staff to assign the new hire to a prospective assignment.
- Performs all other job duties as assigned.
