Summary
As a Healthcare Sales Manager at Team Select Home Care, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to change lives for the better. This position is essential for fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders while ensuring our services are recognized as the top choice for home healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in home healthcare services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, families, and community organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with service delivery and patient care standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide training and support to sales team members on best practices and product knowledge.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for leadership review.
- Represent Team Select at industry events and conferences to promote our mission and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management within the healthcare industry or related field.
- Strong relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in recruiting or executive search is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with employee relations practices is a plus.
- Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies based on insights.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Extrovert mindset, with a strong ability for recruitment via phone and in-person interviews.
- Strong customer service skills to assist in employee and client retention.
- Ability to build networking relationships with third party referral source platforms and institutions (i.e. case management companies, hospital systems, insurance providers, and more), and as a result continue to assist in the census and financial growth of the organization.
Qualifications:
- College degree.
- Healthcare experience, preferred
- 1 years of experience with schedule/staffing.
- Home care experience is a plus
