Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans for each patient
- Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures as needed
- Educate patients and their families on essential nursing care requirements
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills required for the position
Licensure and Certification
- LPN License (Required)
Work Environment
