Job Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help clients with mobility and physical exercises as instructed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health and behavior to nursing staff or family members.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or similar certification preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
