Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Team Select Family. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, following established plans of care and physician orders.
Responsibilities :
- Furnish services, treatments, and diagnostic and preventive procedures as assigned per the plan of care, following agency policies.
- Prepare clinical and progress notes.
- Assist patients in learning appropriate self-care techniques.
- Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Observe signs and symptoms and report to the physician and registered nurse reactions to treatments, including changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.
