Team Select Home Care is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.
As a nurse with Team Select, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients, documenting care, and following the patient's individualized plan of care and physician orders, all while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care according to the patient's plan of care.
- Furnish treatments, diagnostic procedures, and preventive services as outlined in the care plan.
- Prepare accurate clinical and progress notes.
- Assist patients in learning self-care techniques as appropriate.
- Initiate and perform preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments, including medications, and report any changes to the physician and RN.
- Ensure all patient information remains confidential.
- Complete documentation and paperwork according to agency policies.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and currently licensed in Florida.
- Current CPR certification.
- Trach experience preferred.
