What are the responsibilities and job description for the LMHP/LMHP-R/ LMHP-E Assessor - Contract (LMHP) position at Team Services?
Team, LLC is seeking licensed mental health professionals (LMHPs) to perform clinical intake assessments for 23 Hour, Mental Health Skill-Building, IIH and Crisis Stabilization services on a PRN basis. This includes some services doing face to face assessment as well as submitting clinical documentation. Assessments may be done via Telehealth for some services such as MCR and Crisis Stabilization. Where as 23 Hour, Mental Health Skill-Building and IIH have to be done in person. Availability to complete assessments for crisis services on short notice is strongly preferred. This is a contract position. License by the Board of Counseling, Board of Social Work or Board of Psychology is required. Knowledge of mental health skill-building and crisis stabilization eligibility criteria is preferred.

Pay: $43.75 - $52.50 per hour
