Position Overview

As a Full Stack Developer, your coding expertise will directly influence business logic, enhance user interfaces, and elevate the overall quality of our web-based infrastructure. Collaborating closely with various teams including Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Customer Success, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all aspects of our projects. Join us in driving innovation and excellence through your comprehensive development skills.

It will be your responsibility to understand the project needs, platform vision and communicate effectively around feasibility and timelines. You'll interface heavily with both technical and non-technical peers. You will successfully leverage your technical skills to design and create full-stack applications, expand existing infrastructure, and identify opportunities for improvement. This position can be located in Vernon, NJ or Boulder, CO. It does require a hybrid model with onsite/remote work.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Full-stack development and software testing

• Designing, developing, and testing UI/UX demands

• Data modeling

• Data management

• Software product deployments

• Software resource management (cloud-based resources)

• Supporting software/hardware as needed

• Testing software/hardware

• Onsite support as needed

• Other duties as assigned and needed

• Write and maintain code, including bug fixes

• Integrate external software libraries and APIs into existing projects

Team Member Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years previous experience as a full stack developer

• Willingness to get involved in the business operations, as needed.

• Ability to travel as needed (less than 10%).

• Roll-up sleeves attitude with a hands-on approach to the work.

• Comfortable in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Competency in using various hardware/software platforms

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work a hybrid model: both in office (either NJ or Boulder, CO) and remote.
