Job Description:
- Mandatory: Coding test required for this role.
- Strong experience in Mainframe Application Development with expertise in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, Db2, CICS, and Mainframe Utilities.
- Ability to design, develop, test, implement, and support application changes.
- Experience in Payments or Cards Domain is a plus.
Functional Skills:
- Strong ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Writing and executing unit test cases to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Deep understanding of software lifecycle components (code, test, deploy).
- Debugging and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Optimizing application performance for efficient resource utilization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
