Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Schedule and confirm appointments for installations, maintenance, and service calls
- Coordinate with customers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling
- Adjust schedules as needed and communicate changes promptly
- Conduct post-installation follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns
- Provide customers with updates on installation appointments and answer any scheduling-related inquiries
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach in all communications
- Assist other departments with various administrative tasks
- Learn all administrative roles and provide coverage during vacations or sick leave
- Support the service department by contacting Enphase and SolarEdge for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and customer interactions
- Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support roles preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software is a plus
- A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
