This Manager is an important part of the Education and Training team and has accountability for supporting learning related to the WellNow Urgent Care brand. This role will partner closely with the Education and Training leaders within the WellNow brand, and the broader TAG L&D team to create and implement learning solutions and programming that supports all team members in our brands
and at all stages of their development.
The Field L&D Manager is an individual who can effectively collaborate with all leaders across functions, both within the WellNow Urgent Care brand and TAG, including Operations, Clinical, L&D, HR, etc. This individual a strong performance consultant who can develop solutions and programming to build foundational to advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities for all field audiences. The Field L&D Manager will possess excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills and must have the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Partner with brand leadership teams and the broader L&D and HR teams to understand specific
development needs for brand team members, including operations skill development, clinical skill
development, leadership and professional development and business management skills.
• Design and deliver a suite of highly effective learning solutions, programs, tools, and resources.
Solutions may include formal learning programs, experiential learning assignments, coaching, etc.
• Create solutions to be utilized in learning plans brand field clinical and nonclinical roles.
• Drive a learning culture within the brand.
• Understand the specific needs of each learner audience so you can advocate and adapt for their
specific needs and preferences.
• Evaluate existing learning programs/content for impact. Iterate and provide recommendations for
learning experiences that increase reach, impact, and future capability requirements.
• Use data to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive
actions to improve the experience for future learners.
• Proactively research and identify opportunities to apply new thinking to improve effectiveness and
on the job performance. Stay in touch with learning field trends and best practices.
• Partner with others to solve business problems and execute on learning and development
initiatives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional and personal growth by initiating dialogue with team
members, attending learning events, engaging in self-directed learning, and focusing on
professional development goals.
• Plan, organize, and execute tasks and activities with urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Education Level: Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of relevant learning and development experience, ideally in a fast-paced organization
with a distributed workforce.
• Previous experience in working with organizations in their early growth or start-up phase
preferred.
• Understanding of adult learning theory and principles.
• Well versed in multiple applications of digital learning, just-in-time / micro-learning, and blended
learning strategies.
• Strong capabilities in data analytics (as it pertains to measuring learning).
• Experience providing consultation to leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels in the organization and flexibility to be
proactive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent facilitation skills. Experience in small and large group facilitation in multiple modalities.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring programs/processes.
• Very detail-oriented & organized.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must reside in an area in which WellNow has open clinics: New York, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania.

Starting Salary at $76,500 ~ $90,000 10% bonus
