Job Description
Collaborate with a talented UX, Creative, and Content team to conduct research, create concepts, and lead testing sessions to develop a best-in-class Web & App experience in an Agile and lean work environment. The Senior UX Designer will also design workflows, interactions, and paradigms that support our patients.
The specific duties include:
- Work closely with Project Manager to plan new features and improvements to the website and patient facing apps
- Design experiences, interactions, and features that improve web & app experiences for continued growth and success
- Build prototypes in Figma to communicate user interactions to stakeholders and leadership
- Create cross-product flows for visibility between teams
- Facilitate design workshops with internal stakeholders to clearly define the problem
- Have a mobile first approach; design responsively
- Create color pallets, typography scales, and animations to translate branding to digital channels
- Understand customer problems, clearly define design solutions, and provide detailed deliverables
- Create design OKRs to measure success via Google Analytics
- Design and monitor A/B tests with VWO
- Use our user testing platform to create moderated and un-moderated user tests:
- Create Figma prototypes to use in user tests
- Define test objectives, and develop a list of tasks for users to take
- Document findings & outcomes, and present those to stakeholders & leadership
- Support engineers in translating and implementing your designs
- Create detailed specifications documents in Figma to pass off to development. This includes specifying type spacing, color hex codes, animation descriptions, and descriptions on how digital tools will respond on different devices sizes
- Write Jira tickets to detail what personalization & configurability each feature will have
- Effectively manage projects to meet deadlines and requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Graphic Design, Product or Industrial Design, Multidisciplinary Design, User Experience, or a related field
- 5 years of User Experience (UX) design experience
- Experience must include:
- 5 years working with and contributing to design systems
- 5 years using design and prototyping software tools such as Figma or equivalent software
- 2 years collaborating with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process to ensure design integrity and quality
- 1 year conducting user tests
- 1 year working effectively with Agile and lean philosophies
Salary: $132,600/year
