Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience to lead and drive the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across our product portfolio. In this role, you will own and evolve our large-scale, multi-brand design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all digital experiences. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining design standards, leveraging Figma variables, themes, and modes to streamline workflows, and implementing interactive prototyping to enhance collaboration and usability testing.

Figma Expertise: Mastery of Figma variables, themes, modes, and interactive prototyping.
Design Leadership: Ability to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and drive the UX process from concept to execution.
Prototyping & Usability Testing: Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes to facilitate usability tests.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to align design work with business goals ensures user experience contributes to overall product success.
Communication & Presentation: Strong skills in presenting design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and advocating for user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities:
Own, manage, and evolve a large-scale, multi-brand design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
Develop and maintain Figma libraries, utilizing variables, themes, and modes to support multi-brand design consistency.
Leverage interactive prototyping to communicate design interactions effectively and facilitate usability testing.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to continuously improving design processes and methodologies.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.
Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile applications.
Deep expertise in Figma, including variables, themes, modes, and interactive prototyping.
Strong knowledge of UX and UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience leading UX projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex user needs into simple, elegant design solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on time.
Annual Salary Range: $115k-135k/year, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
