As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are seeking an individual to join our organization as a Senior Data Analyst - Planning. The Senior Data Analyst - Planning role within the Revenue Management & Planning team is responsible for developing and implementing data, reporting, and analytical solutions to support the commercial planning department. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for finding new ways to solve problems.
Essential Responsibilities
- Utilize relational databases to extract and analyze data as well as summarize insights to support ongoing performance evaluation of the business, with a specific focus on performance of CRM campaigns initially
- Integrate data across multiple operating systems such as Salesforce and in-home Patient Management System to provide a comprehensive measurement readout on initiatives
- Drive reconciliation of data discrepancies, if any, across systems in partnership with IT
- Execute analytical diagnostics / deep dives to support ongoing business needs – evaluate and report on performance of every stage of the funnel from leads to appointments to visits to revenue
- Design and build user-friendly Tableau dashboards to enable functional leaders stay updated on performance of ongoing initiatives
- Support the marketing org’s test and learn agenda through optimal test designs and measurement of pilots / tests
Requirements/Qualifications
- High proficiency in SQL (Big Query preferred), Excel, Tableau required. Analytics tools, such as Python and R a plus.
- Working experience with Salesforce
- Ability to meet deadlines, service level commitments, and prioritize multiple tasks independently.
- Detail-oriented, analytical ability and strong oral/written communication skills are also required.
- Must be able to work well with others in a time-sensitive team environment with a flexible attitude focused on delivering outcomes
- 3-5 years in a Business Analytics role required.
- Undergraduate degree required with major in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.
- Master’s degree in related field a plus
- Experience in the Heath Care Industry or Customer Relationship Management a plus
Annual Pay Range: $110-125k
