This exciting partnership has tasked us with executing strategic field sales campaigns to increase revenue and expand customer reach.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will engage directly with customers at their residences, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the products and services available to them while delivering an exceptional customer experience. A Customer Service Associate’s day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting in-person consultations, answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting customers in selecting the best solutions to fit their needs. You will also be responsible for processing orders, providing follow-up support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to make an impact and grow with us as Customer Service Associates.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Identify their telecommunications needs and recommend tailored solutions that enhance their experience at home.
- Explain the benefits of products and services to customers in person, emphasizing their value and functionality.
- Work as part of the Customer Service Associate team to meet and exceed field sales campaign goals.
- Provide personalized support to foster trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Keep up to date with Frontier’s latest offerings, services, and promotions to provide the best recommendations by attending online seminars and on-site Customer Service Associate meetings with fellow team members.
