As a Frontier Sales Representative, you will receive extensive training to excel in closing sales even if you lack sales experience. Frontier Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Speak with potential customers face-to-face at their residences to discuss and promote Frontier’s telecommunications services
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with the application process using patience and active listening
- Participate in daily Frontier Sales Representative meetings to review updated product knowledge and compliance regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the community to enhance Frontier brand awareness and trust
- Attend quarterly client conferences and networking sessions (via Zoom and in-person) to improve in sales strategies and participate in team-building exercises
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Frontier’s technical product or service knowledge to explain features to confidently explain features and answer customer questions
- Set and track daily and weekly personal and team goals to drive performance and success
Frontier Sales Representative Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or any industry-related degree is a plus but not required
- 0-2 years of experience in telecommunication sales, customer service, customer support or any customer-facing role is preferred
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
