Job Overview
A TEAM Association Executive oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned clients. This key position is responsible for client communications and relationships and supervises appropriate staff members to ensure services are delivered expertly and on time. Position reports to the TEAM President.

Required Qualifications
Association, event management and / or project management experience
Leadership and staff management experience
Self-starter and team player
Outgoing personality
Continuous improvement mindset, creative
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Pride in excellence
Discipline to successfully work without close supervision
Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Customer service experience, business acumen and a positive attitude
Ability to lift 35lbs
Willingness to attend offsite meetings and evening meetings on occasion
Occasional local and overnight travel
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work occasional weekends (1-3 times per year)
Desired Qualifications
Experience with association management systems (i.e., Wild Apricot, NOVI AMS)
Website administration experience with WordPress
CAE Certification
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Experience with graphic design

Detailed Job Overview
Membership and marketing support : Coordinate membership and marketing activities for clients, including customer service support for members, producing group billings and membership invoices, maintaining membership databases, and assisting with recruitment and retention plans.
Meeting, Program, and Conference Support : Oversee coordination, planning, and execution of client meetings, programs, and conferences, including registration and payment processing.
Sponsorship : Oversee annual and event-based sponsorship activities.
Web presence : Monitor and update client websites and social media accounts.
Committee, board, and volunteer support : Serve as staff liaison to client committees and boards, preparing agendas and scheduling meetings.
Database management : Maintain accurate databases and contribute to improvements.
General administration : Support clients by drafting correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining files.
Office management : Greet office visitors and manage incoming mail.
Financial administration : Process payments and maintain records.
Be a TEAM player : Assist other TEAM members as requested.
