Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional service and support.
- Assist customers with inquiries, and account management.
- Schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure timely and accurate information is conveyed to customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate information and services.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a BDC or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
