Valet Manager Service

Team Toyota of Glen Mills is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Valet Department Manager to join our team. This position reports to the Service Manager and Fixed operations director and will have general oversight of day-to-day operations of the valet department. Schedule is 10am-7pm Tuesday through Friday Saturday will be 7:30am-3:30pm The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Valet Department. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, handling parking transactions, and ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.

Duties:

• Supervise the valet parking associates and department
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any valet-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure vehicle check in process on tablets is always followed
• Create and uphold efficient process for our state-of-the-art automatic car wash
• Manage and facilitate door to door services with help of service advisors
• Ensure rental fleet is always prepped and presentable
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Offer hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere to all customers.
• Possess a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ensure compliance with dealership or facility policies and procedures.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a dealership preferred along with previous supervisory experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to operate manual transmission is preferred not required
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
