Team Urso Merchant Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated sales consultant with experience in Business to Business sales. This opportunity is right for someone who's prompt, persistent, goal-oriented and is NOT scared to go for the close or handle objections.
You will play a key role in driving revenue by managing the sales process from beginning to end. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with potential clients, presenting the benefits of our products and services, closing deals, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sales techniques to identify and assess potential leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, using a consultative sales approach to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of Team Urso Merchant Solutions’ products and services.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts, working with the client to address any objections or concerns.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.
- Utilize CRM to track and manage sales activities, including prospecting, follow-up, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Business to Business sales with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create rapport.
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
Compensation Package:
