- Previous experience working on POS and Merchant Service systems.

Merchant Services Specialist Responsibilities:
- Advising businesses on payment processing systems.
- Onboarding new merchants and setting up payment systems.
- Providing top-notch customer service and support.
- Ensuring compliance with payment regulations.
- Monitoring and analyzing transaction data.
- Upselling and cross-selling payment services.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with customers.
- Obtaining new business through referrals from satisfied clients.
