Status: On-site 100% (Once training is complete Hybrid option: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home).

Compensation range: $54,000 - $60,000 Bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Interacting directly with customers and resolving inquiries and issues via phone and email.
- Working closely with vendors and handling order processes and logistics.
- Maintaining and updating customer data. Prefer experience with an ERP system like SAP.
- Working closely with company departments (ie: Accounting, Engineering, & Sales)
- Implementing promotional activities and new product introductions.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- 5 years of Customer Service experience. Manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments requiring strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Technical background is a strong preference.
