Location: Western Suburbs of Chicago, IL – Bensenville, IL area
On-site, Hybrid option once established – 4 days a week in office, 1 day WFH

Compensation range
$120,000 - $130,000 annually, Bonus Eligible

About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Leadership experience - supervision of employees, projects and vendors.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and business system modernization.
- Ability to implement agile solutions tailored for medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for data-driven decision making.
- Fluency in English, and Spanish proficiency required.
- Degree – Bachelors required - Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related.
