Job Description

TeamBuilders Employment & Business Solutions, LLC has an immediate opening for a temporary General Office Support professional to join a local business in Fresno, CA. 

 

We are seeking an experienced General Office Support professional on a temporary basis to begin working immediately for approximately 3 months, through the end of May. 

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience within a professional office environment handling front desk duties such as answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service, directing calls, distributing mail and packages to the appropriate recipient, filing, providing correspondence to customers, vendors and internal staff as well as data entry and general clerical support. 

 

The General Office Support position is being offered on a Temporary, Full-Time basis Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. 

 

Daily Responsibilities and Duties of the General Office Support Professional:

  • Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls
  • Filing
  • Data Entry
  • Written Correspondence
  • Customer Service (in person, phone and email)
  • Distributing daily mail and packages to the appropriate recipient
  • General clerical support
  • Additional related clerical duties as necessary

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling the listed duties within a professional office environment
  • Must be proficient is Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel. Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Professional communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)
  • Excellent detail orientation, organizational, time management and prioritization skills required
  • Must be available to commit to a 3 month temporary position
