About the Role :
As a weekend provider in a skilled nursing facility environment, you will be an integral part of our care team, providing comprehensive primary care services to our acute patients. Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting thorough patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Prescribing medications and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
Qualifications :
Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $27,450 to $50,450 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
