Richland is a wonderful community that boasts an abundance of outdoor activities and is located in southeastern Washington near the Yakima and Columbia Rivers. Kadlec is a level II trauma center with 38 beds and an annual volume of 58,000. Clinicians document with EPIC.
Some of your leadership responsibilities will be:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years leadership experience. Five to ten years of leadership experience is preferable. In addition, candidates need to be ABEM/ABOEM certified.

Can be employed or independent contract. Competitive compensation with an estimated pay rate minimum of $250/hour to maximum of $275/hour. Additional compensation includes a competitive monthly director stipend and quarterly performance bonus.
