What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Medicine Physician position at TeamHealth?
As a full-time physician on our emergency department (ED) team, you will provide safe, high-quality patient care at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Winchester, Tennessee. The ED offers 24 hours of physician coverage and 12 hours of APC coverage.
We are seeking board-certified physicians in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family medicine with ATLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
About Our Facility
Southern Tennessee Regional Health System has a 19,000-volume emergency department with a 1.7 patients per hour (PPH) admission rate and a 20% pediatric caseload. We utilize the Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) system.
