Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient transitions, working closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies to ensure seamless care coordination, and ensuring timely documentation and billing through our EMR system, meeting Medicare guidelines.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be board certified in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM), willing to train experienced candidates as needed, and licensed in the state of New Jersey.
