Role Overview
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patient
- Perform assessments and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- A doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D or Psy.D) from an accredited institution
- A valid state license to practice
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
