Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapeutic services to patients in a post-acute care setting through remote, telehealth-based sessions
- Offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Ensure the highest quality of patient care through continuous learning and adherence to clinical standards
- A valid Kansas licensed professional counselor (LPC), LMFT, LMSW, or LCSW license required (Missouri license is also preferred but not required)
- New graduates are welcome to apply; previous clinical experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently with a flexible, self-directed approach
- Comfortable with remote work and telehealth platforms
