- Provide clinical teaching and supervision in a high-acuity emergency department
- Ensure compliance with ACGME, CLER, and NRMP standards
- Engage in GME research and scholarly activities
- Collaborate with the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine and hospital leadership to strengthen the residency program
- Board-certified in emergency medicine
- 3 years of experience as a core faculty member in an ACGME-accredited EM residency program.
- Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills - inspiring residents and faculty alike.
